What is Neighborhood doing in Kingsburg?
Later this year, Neighborhood Church is launching a new campus in Kingsburg. After months of prayer and conversations with the leadership of Hope Kingsburg, we felt that Jesus was opening the door for a new opportunity. The idea is simple: to bring the mission of Neighborhood Church into a new community.
Neighborhood Church Kingsburg will not be a separate church plant. It will be a full expression of Neighborhood Church—one church in two locations, united by the same leadership, mission, vision, and values.

Why Kingsburg?
Hope Kingsburg had been experiencing significant challenges and began exploring what could come next. Their leadership reached out to us, asking whether Neighborhood Church could be part of a new beginning.
As we listened, prayed, and met with their church family, it became clear that this was more than just a good idea—it was an invitation. Kingsburg is a growing, vibrant city that deserves a church that is community-minded, Jesus-centered, and welcoming to people who might not attend church anywhere else.
Recent data shows that approximately 47.1% of Kingsburg’s 13,000 residents are considered “unchurched”—that’s over 6,000 people not currently connected to a faith community. And when we look at the broader region, including Selma, Reedley, and Dinuba, that number grows significantly. Across these four cities, nearly 43,000 people are estimated to be unchurched.
We see this as a tremendous opportunity to reach those who may feel overlooked, disconnected, or spiritually curious.

Regardless of which campus you attend, you will still be part of the Neighborhood Church family! Neighborhood Church already gathers as one church with three Sunday service times. Each service is a unique expression, yet fully united. Now, we’re multiplying across locations in a similar way. Kingsburg and Visalia remain united in mission, culture, and community, with shared events and teachings across both campuses. It’s still Neighborhood Church—just in more places!
