JUNE’S FOR PROJECT

At Neighborhood, we want to be known for what we’re FOR. And we’re FOR Visalia.

That’s why every few months, we rally around a simple, tangible way to make a difference in our city. This June, we’re teaming up with SALT + LIGHT to collect bottled water for our unhoused neighbors.

As the temperatures rise, SALT + LIGHT will be out distributing water all summer long—and we want to help them show up big.

Here’s how you can help:

SHOP
Next time you’re at Costco, Walmart, or Target, grab a case (or a pallet!) of bottled water. Or, order online and ship it straight to Neighborhood Church. (Our address is 5505 W. Riggin, Visalia 93291)

DROP OFF
Bring your water with you on Sunday morning, or drop it off during office hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30AM–3:30PM

NEIGHBORHOOD DEGREE

At Neighborhood Degree, we help students get to and through a college/career degree program so that they can reach their full potential. We do this through partnering students with an individual mentor and a team of volunteers to help them discover their career goals, apply for degree programs and financial aid, and mentor them through their chosen degree program until they graduate. Join us as we invest in the next generation of students!
