Unfinished: You

No Perfect People Allowed!

Followers of Jesus are imperfect people. We are tired, messy, and wounded. And yet, it's in our imperfections that Jesus' love comes fully alive. Each day, we are invited to participate in Jesus’ unfinished work in our lives.

Check out Sunday’s message above, then, continue the conversation with the reading plan and resources below.

  1. Do you struggle with perfectionism in any areas of your life? If so, what does that look like and how does it affect you?

  2. Many times, people feel like they have to be perfect in order to be accepted by God. Where do you think we get that idea from?

  3. On Sunday, Forrest said our messes can actually bring us closer to Jesus. Have you ever experienced that before? How have your own feelings of inadequacy strengthened your faith?
